Weekly Zoom meetings from 1pm-3pm PT
The Academy guides a small cohort of scaling female entrepreneurs through the essential steps to grow their business. The nine week course consists of an online learning platform and weekly group Zoom meetings. This time will be used to receive feedback, brainstorm ideas, connect with guest experts, and build a community among the participants.
Action-oriented curriculum that will support & challenge participants to grow their existing business.

CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION

Over 2 years in business

Over $200,000 in annual revenue

A commitment to spend 3-4 hours per week on the content and implementation, in addition to attending each of the 9 weekly classroom sessions

Felena Hanson, Founder of Hera Hub
Felena is a long-time entrepreneur and marketing maven. Her latest venture, Hera Hub, is a spa-inspired shared workspace and business accelerator for female entrepreneurs. She has two company-owned locations in San Diego and licensed locations in Carlsbad, Washington DC, Irvine, and Temecula, with more cities launching soon. She’s on a mission to support thousands of women in the launch and growth of their business.
