Cohort announced September 7th

Fall 2022 Cohort

Friday, Sept 16 - Friday, Nov 11

Weekly Zoom meetings from 1pm-3pm PT

This program guides small business owners through the steps needed to scale their business. In addition to going through the Growth Academy eCourse, the cohort will meet with the instructor, via Zoom, for two hours of classroom time each week. This time will be used to brainstorm ideas, receive feedback, bring in guest experts, and build a community among the participants.

Each week participants will complete one step of the growth process and will be required to submit check-point questions before moving to the next step. These will be collected in a shared document for reference. The capstone will require each participant to create and present a pitch to an investor, bank, or strategic growth partner.

Participants must be able to dedicate 3 hours per week to the e-course content AND be able to attend each of the nine weekly 2 hour virtual classroom sessions.

CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION
Over 2 years in business, at least one employee, and over $200,000 in annual revenue.

Thanks to a generous donation from Bank of America, this $1500 program is free for all who are accepted.
